Our highly successful IPS employment service is going through a period of rapid expansion.  We need an experienced IPS Service Manager to provide leadership and direction to the service which operates across Lancashire and South Cumbria, currently operating in all Community Mental Health Teams, and to steer and integrate its growth into Primary Care Networks.

Our service was rated ‘good’ at a recent Fidelity Audit and the service now holds the IPS Quality Mark.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, high performing, dynamic individual to head up our team of IPS Employment Specialists and Seniors, to drive performance and quality of delivery.

This is a very exciting time to be joining us as you will be at the forefront of our 5 year expansion plan and therefore we are looking for someone who holds an NVQ Level 4 or above in a relevant discipline and a management qualification at Level 5 or equivalent demonstrable experience of both of these.  The ability to travel across the region is essential for this role.
