Resurgo was the first organisation to go through the DWP’s Employment Data Lab, evaluating the effectiveness of the charity’s Spear Programme, which works with young people who are NEET. Hear from the team at Resurgo and Data Labs about the process and what they’d like you to know about getting involved.

Ben Gadsby, Head of Policy and Research, Impetus will share thoughts on the results so far

Using the results
Sam Mead, Head of Impact and Systems, Resurgo  will discuss how the organisation intends to use the results for maximum impact
