The Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM) is the largest and oldest nationally recognised professional organisation for occupational health. Its CEO, Nick Pahl, joins us at this edition of the ERSA Disability and Health Forum to talk about what occupational health offers for employers and employees, how employers can determine what occupational health should be put in place and how they can choose a provider. He will also signpost to the guidance offered by SOM.
