Also in ERSA membership are businesses and organisations that enhance employment support delivery through IT platforms, AI, digital offers. Our associates also include recruitment agencies, bid writers and business consultants.

Where the funding comes from

  • The employment support sector is funded by central, devolved and local government, charitable trusts, foundations and providers’ own resources.
  • ERSA promotes the need for a tapestry of provision that ensures every jobseeker has access to employment support regardless of their location.
  • ERSA and its members know the investment and innovation larger providers have delivered in regional contract package areas.
  • ERSA also recognises the strength of targeted local and specialist provisions.
