This award is for a delivery team or employment support organisation successfully reaching diverse and marginalised people in local communities, outside of the remit of Jobcentre Plus, encouraging them to engage and participate in employment services.

Refugee Employment Team at Enable
Enable delivers an employment support service for Ukrainian refugees in Shropshire. The Refugee Employment Support team works with other support organisations and local businesses to find jobs for refugees. So far, the service has engaged with 169 Ukrainians, and 48% have moved into paid employment, volunteering, or training.
Clarion Housing Group’s charitable foundation, Clarion Futures, is transforming lives and improving communities, focusing on funding community projects and helping people find jobs and training, develop digital skills, and manage their money.
In 2022-23, Clarion Futures supported 2,114 people into work as part of a nationwide community investment programme which generated £138m in social value. Our free national employment and training programme helps people into work, self-employment, training, apprenticeships, and work placements.
We work with more than 300 employers, from the NHS and Royal Mail to Pret A Manger, to source the right job opportunities for our residents.
