Community Outreach of the Year Award

• Refugee Employment Team at Enable

This award is for a delivery team or employment support organisation successfully reaching diverse and marginalised people in local communities, outside of the remit of Jobcentre Plus, encouraging them to engage and participate in employment services.

Victoria Whittle, Head of Jobs and Training at Clarion Futures, said: “We’re delighted to support the 2023 ERSA Employability Awards which celebrate the amazing work taking place across the sector and I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all the finalists the best of luck.

“At Clarion Futures we appreciate the need and value of providing an employability service that is accessible to a diverse range of customers. Tailored community-based initiatives delivered in partnership extend our reach, helping us to support the growing number of economically inactive customers and those furthest away from securing sustained employment.”
