Working for Better Work

Employer Partnership of the Year Award

• Hargreaves Lansdown – nominated by Women’s Work Lab

Recognising exceptional collaboration between an employment support provider and an employer, this award celebrates partnerships that have had a measurable and positive impact on jobseekers’ lives.

Director of 4front Partners Tony Carr says: “We are thrilled to sponsor this award which showcases the very best examples of effective employer engagement. At 4front Partners we champion employer engagement as a crucial feature of good employability delivery. Most employment and skills programmes have a goal of customers entering the workforce, so we need good, ethical employers working in partnership with providers. We need to continue to get better at recognising the importance, and contribution, of employer stakeholders in changing the lives of the individuals we support. Congratulations and thank you to all the excellent employers nominated!”
