Sitting at the very heart of programme delivery, this award shines a light on our sector’s amazing frontline advisors, specialist staff and trainers; an industry exemplar of supporting long term unemployed people in their journey towards sustainable employment.
Our sponsor says: “Standguide are sponsoring this category because we believe that the role of the Frontline Advisor is the foundation around which all other aspects of a service are built. We’ve seen countless examples of the right Advisor being a catalyst for change, inspiring and empowering individuals from that hesitant first contact to the final in-work support intervention. We commend any and all Advisors who go that extra mile for their participants, enhancing their prospects, self-esteem, self-reliance and safeguarding, because we’ve seen time and time again that the work of the frontline Advisor not only changes lives, but saves lives.”
