ERSA is the trade body for employment support in the UK
ERSA is a small but mighty not for profit organisation, we receive no funding from government, we rely entirely on membership subscriptions and conference sponsorship. This positions us perfectly to be able to work with policy makers, commissioners and central government on shaping and influencing policy and programmes which ultimately serve the health and wealth of local communities and economies. We can speak up and speak candidly where needed.
ERSA represents all
The employment support sector is already providing holistic support and innovation to those furthest from the labour market, the people of our communities that need the most help and support. We need to do more to help promote organisations that have best practice models so they can be replicated and up-scaled.

ERSA members are a social force for good
ERSA holds so much knowledge and experience within its membership organisations and we want to continue and do more, much more. ERSA continues to work closely with government departments, particularly the DWP and MoJ to make real impact and change. We can take your feedback directly to those departments and be part of the commissioning process to delivery and future learning. In November 2019, ERSA launched report ‘Sharing Prosperity: Building Better Employment Support in the UK’ backed up with a fighting fund campaign we will continue to champion and support organisations like yours who deliver life changing services to those that need them the most.

‘A place for employability professionals of all levels to debate, network and learn together’
The event will take place over two days with an evening celebration of our Employability Award winners on day one. ERSA welcomes staff at all levels in your organisation to join us. It is a business to business collaboration event. Everyone can contribute and everyone can learn.
