ASK SETH, created by ERSA and its members to provide easy-access services for jobseekers, has been shortlisted for a prestigious award.
The Better Society Awards reward commercial companies that help create a better, more equal, ethical and sustainable world for all. ASK SETH has been shortlisted in the Tech for Good category, which honours organisations using technology to improve the lives of others.
ASK SETH stands for Skills, Employment, Training and Help, has been built in partnership with IT provider Frog Systems. It is fast becoming the UK’s key independent collection of online advice and support for a diverse range of people looking for work. It is also the only free, single source digital platform available which doesn’t require sign up or membership from jobseekers. Elizabeth Taylor, ERSA CEO says: “We are immensely proud of ASK SETH. It is the perfect platform to provide a range of free services to people struggling to find employment or support to do so. Its easily navigable format and simple approach is a perfect example of tech reaching people when they most need it.
