Working Together

Tailored Employment Support of the Year Award

• Active Inclusion Programme at Clarion Futures

Tailored employment support is the cornerstone of effectively helping people furthest from the labour market. This award applauds frontline teams of different disciplines working together to provide holistic support to people with complex barriers including long-term unemployment, disability, and skills shortages.

Our sponsor says: “entitledto is proud to be sponsoring the Tailored Employment Support award in this year’s ERSA Employability Awards because we want to recognise the hard work carried out by advisors supporting hard to reach jobseekers. Helping those furthest from the labour market involves strong commitment and we want to acknowledge and celebrate this dedication! Well done to all those nominated, and we hope everyone in the sector enjoys the awards ceremony.”
